Applications

The vertical form fill and seal machines(also named as vffs packaging machine, or vffs bagging machine ) Widely suitable to package many different products, such as Granule, Liquid & Powder with the different dosing head:

Granule: volumetric cup filler, multi-head weigher, liner weigher;

Powder: auger filler;

Liquid & paste: Pneumatic piston pump filler, magnetic pump filler, rotor pump filler;

Hardware: Vibrating counting disc, the customized hardware multihead weigher;

Packaging materials: generally, the heat sealable laminates film, while the single layer PE is also no problem by the customized single layer PE film machine.

Optional bag types thevertical form fill seal packaging machines can supply for the user to choose: pillow bag, pillow bag with hole, gusset bag, chain bag.
